A brilliant solution to the wrong problem can be worse than no solution at all: solve the correct problem.
Donald Norman
That is the lens we use for UX and UI: nail the problem and the flows first. Visual design follows to support them—not the other way around.
The design process
PlanningWe clarify the problem, who will use the product, what they need to accomplish, and what constraints (time, tech, compliance) shape the work.
WireframesRough layouts map tasks, navigation, and content before we worry about colour or type—so flows are tested while they are still cheap to change.
DesignVisual design supports the UX decisions already made: hierarchy, states, and components that stay consistent as screens grow.
DeliveryOnce the client has approved the designs, we hand off specs, assets, and interaction notes and development can commence.
