Working on a school yearbook is a massive job and it is imperative that a good partnership is created between the school liaison and the designer. The school liaison should collect and organise the material and ensure that it is passed onto the Designers on a monthly basis for the current year. It is also then up to the liaison to suggest edits and sign off designed pages as they are completed by the designer so that come the end of the year there isn’t a bottle-neck of work. I have had this relationship with Digital Publications for a few years now and the design and timeous roll-out of pages has been seamless. Year after year our school is complimented on a professional and visually dynamic yearbook, and this overall impression is further enhanced by the ability to offer parents and students a digital app of the book.
It has been a pleasure to have done business with Digital Publications.
Charles Burman and his wonderful graphic designer, Catherine Crook, were always professional, co-operative
and made great suggestions. The final product re setting and layout of both magazines was lovely.
We intend to use Charles again for our school magazine this year.
